Has anyone noticed an issue with knobs jumping and being hard to set in the vst3 version in Live? I searched and found a post from a year ago using Cubase but nothing more recent. It seems to only be the plugin version giving me trouble, standalone works fine. So far it seems to be affecting all of the modules I’ve tested on including the stock vcv ones. I’m on an M1 Mac using vcv 2.6.4 and Live 12.2.2.
I have actually noticed this on standalone on Win 10. What do you mean by “hard to set”? I’ve noticed knobs jumping upon click, but they will remain where I set them after I notice the jump. I haven’t tried on the VST version (although I can test VST3 via FL Studio), and I don’t know what version until I get home. I know it’s the most recent version as of a few days ago however.
Yes it’s hard to reproduce as it does it randomly, I noticed this on 2.6.4 standalone and plugin version, win 10 and 11. Knobs jumping when you click on them. I’m getting used to it though, its fine until its a volume fader or something like that and it jumps to 100%.
Yes, getting the jumpy knob syndrome here. I’m living thru this crisis, good to know I am not alone.

It’s not just vst, stand-alone is being jumpy when reaching for a knob.

Thanks for the info and links everyone, yeah hard to set maybe isn’t the right phrase. Once set they stay put, they just jump around when first clicking on them.
