I see a lot of paid modules having a free and paid modules that is exactly the same (at least in the picture). What is the difference? For more detailed situation i bought Ableton 12 standard and vcv 2 pro. Will the paid modules have any difference in this situation?
The difference between paid modules and free ones is that some you pay for and the others are free. There is no other aspect that is true for all modules. To know what’s different (if anything) for a specific pair, you’ll need to read the docs or ask the developer.
Vult and Entrian come to mind.
And the E340 Cloud Generator from the E-Series and Synthesis Technology plugins, respectively.
I am sure there are more.

The difference between the sequencers in Entrian Sequencers (paid plugin) and Entrian Free (free plugin) is that Sequencers lets you edit the sequence, whereas Free doesn’t (though you can still import MIDI files).
My 2 cents:
I would start with free modules to check if I like VCV Rack in general.
Modules are packed/downloaded/sold as plugins. AFAIK there’s no plugin containing only a single module. So you pay for this additional modules. So you always download/buy a package of more than one module.
Some vendors offer a free plugin containing of e.g. 5 modules, and a paid plugin containing the same 5 modules and additional modules.
Other vendors offer ripped-down modules for free and fully featured modules for cash. So it depends on your needs.
If you are not sure, feel free to contact the vendors and ask them for the specific differences.
Ohhh there are several plugins with just one module … At least I have a feeling I’ve seen quite a bit of them. From recent times, I see there are for example Monsuta, Wygonium, Bastl Pizza (the plugin containing the single Bastl Crust module), Calvario… etc…
