Fascinating artefacts
Is it possible to download this version so I have a reference track for my humble attempt. Not quite found the right sounds! Thanks for your time.
Enabled downloads on it for now. Let me know when you’ve grabbed a copy so I can turn downloads off.
There are more on You Tube. Just search Sublime Frequencies Radio.
Thanks you for that. I have downloaded it. Much appreciated.
This has a sort of Paul Hardcastle or late era Jan Hammer feel to it. Was unaware of him though.
It looks like your link to www.youtube.com was already posted in the topic by @hamptonio in a reply on Jan 7, '21 – are you sure you want to post it again?
Oh, Well, anyways. Covet - falkor
You made me remember this one, not a traditional Lizzy song I guess, but I really like it. I picked the peel version to show the bands craftsmanship.
Listened to this a lot in college, but haven’t much in the past few decades.
Started re-familiarizing myself with it a few days ago. It’s aged well and is still an incredible album!
Thin Lizzie did a lot of good stuff.
haha, yeah, me too. I think I have a copy somewhere… It was a spectacular record. They played outside at my school, but that was before this record.
Obituary in the NY Times today for synthesist Paulina Anna Strom, who recorded as Trans-Millenia Consort in the 80’s. Listening to her work now. Anyone here heard of her before, or maybe knew her?
Oooh. You did it. The magick word is “John Peel Sessions”. The longest Sessions playlist I could find:
I discovered a playlist named “UK Jazz” I think 2 years ago on my favorite music streaming app. Since then I am addicted to that scene. And if Yussef Dayes is on the drums, I most likely love it:
I think that is why Tom Mischs “What Kinda Music” replaced my No.1 Album on my personal list…

Did you get a chance to see them? I saw a lot of good acts in that period, but I never managed to see these guys.
