This has a sort of Paul Hardcastle or late era Jan Hammer feel to it. Was unaware of him though.

You made me remember this one, not a traditional Lizzy song I guess, but I really like it. I picked the peel version to show the bands craftsmanship.

Listened to this a lot in college, but haven’t much in the past few decades.
Started re-familiarizing myself with it a few days ago. It’s aged well and is still an incredible album!

haha, yeah, me too. I think I have a copy somewhere… It was a spectacular record. They played outside at my school, but that was before this record.
Obituary in the NY Times today for synthesist Paulina Anna Strom, who recorded as Trans-Millenia Consort in the 80’s. Listening to her work now. Anyone here heard of her before, or maybe knew her?

I discovered a playlist named “UK Jazz” I think 2 years ago on my favorite music streaming app. Since then I am addicted to that scene. And if Yussef Dayes is on the drums, I most likely love it:
