I saw SPK do their chainsawing metal live thing at Wembley Arena supporting The Cure on their Head on the Door tour. The tunes weren’t memorable but the spectacle certainly was.

I really liked him, definitely one of those guys who went too soon, but he had such an authentic and genuine feeling sound.

I know a lot of people like it, but I kind of hate that new song. It just feels like a paint-by-numbers Stones track to me. Like the unwanted stepchild of Start Me Up. The video annoyed me even more than the song.
