I just started using this. As a Zadar user it feels fairly familiar.
Any chance, in a future release, to have the ability to designate a sustain point (or points)?

As Yeager says the sustain feature already exists. You can also use the sustain marker as a reset if you want. With the pro version you can use it to set a custom trigger point.
Iâm also a Zadar user and ShapeMaster is like Zadar on steroids. I spent a few days drawing Zadarâs shape banks with the original intention of doing them all but kinda lost the will to live haha so just ended up doing my favs.
It would be great if ShapeMaster supported polyphony one day.
Hi guys, there is question (see attached picture) - how to drag up or down this point of single âstepâ (ie two points together equally) ? It is possible i hope ?
(Well just wanted to use it like graphical seq but such prob)
Yes i know that exists cool Voxglitch things but wanted to do here the same.
UPD: oh i figured, tnx (just need click not at point but higher or lower)
Using shift while clicking above or below the line.(shift+ctrl uses snap on)
Does anyone want to share presets for Shapemaster (pro) ? Are there presets available online somewhere?
There is HUGE amount of preses of waveforms include in Shapemaster Pro, fortunately.
(Not sure if you means presets for whole set of parameters though ? But it seems that there is sense for waveforms only, but i can mistake)
What kind of presets beside the factory ones do you think of?
I usually make a preset when I use Shapemaster Pro and this is just working in this patch.
I wouldnât think it is usefull to share these unique presets.
But maybe you have ideas which presets to share?
I was looking for some inspiration. Besides youtube I found some examples on patchstorage. PS : Is there somewhere a possibility to import âshapesâ from other programs or vsts?
Jakub Ciupinski has an entire video series about this module, if want to check it out
Its actually incredible what all you can do with this thing.
Here Iâm using it for the envelopes of FM operatators:
Hello,
Is there somthing I can do to see multiple channels on top of each other?
![]()
Also when two channels are running independently it would be so sweet to be able to save the favourite cycles when they occur togheter and then after only to trigger those in a round robin. ![]()
I cant get the same âSaZzzâ when i set cutoff and volume up to modulate from the same trigger as they do when they run independently in slightly different speeds.
When i start to play around with the phase of each channel then the sweet spot modulation combinations are coming back. What is the correct way to store these somehow?
![]()
Hello again,
Is it possible to start with a ânormal shapeâ that transitions to low audio rate frequencey at the end, how can i draw it like that? Thanks ![]()
Hello,
Is it possibe somehow with the Pro version to set Shapemaster up so it will finish the whole envelope cycle between two triggers? It is possible to smanually adjust the speed but i find it hard to adjust it so the whole cycle finish without repeating. So to dial it in to 100 percent of space between to triggers no less no more. Maybe @steve does know the answer?
Best Regards Hirre
I donât think this is possible. If the triggers are generally evenly spaced and they are continually repeating, they become a sort of clock which could be compatible with the clock sync feature, but that feature requires a mutliplied clock (x48, or 48 ppqn in its default setting), so I donât think this aligns with what you want unfortunately.
Perhaps with the shapetracker module it could be possible. there is a start and end trigger, gates and much more.
I can use any clock, i dont have any prefernce for the clock.
