For me, this album is an endpoint in the evolution of blues and hard rock. Showing almost every punk band of the day what they didn’t understand of rock, the blues ('n boogie) aspect.
Love his music so much ! Happy to see he gets some love here too !

The album is in my 12 faves to take with me to a Desert Island and I met Yanka Rupkina and the gals when they played my town (sometime in the 80s). They spoke very little English unfortunately so all I could do was convey my admiration with gestures. Lovely people.
I’m into a lot of stuff, but this is probably my favourite band and this album is rarely very far from my turntable.
