I am 61 years old and I have studied organ (church) from 5 up to 17. I play guitar (mainly classical), cello and keyboard of all kind. I have owned a modular system in my youth (Moog, Korg and some DIY modules) that I sold when I was in college (the most stupid thing I have done in my life). My main musical interest are in classical music (all periods) and contemporary music (electronic, concrete, acousmatic, etc.). I got my first computer in 1982 and learned some programming notions (Cobol, C, C++ and Python). I like VCV Rack for the capabilities to bring a modular system anywhere… On the professional side, I studied in many disciplines: ornithology, archeology, science (maths), history, politic, philosophy and of course music. I have been to Harvard, Cornell, UQAC and Laval University. I have taught at Laval University and Royal Military College of Canada. For the moment I work in a special institution for Alzheimer patients (new scientific approach).
