The Venom Cross Fade 3D does the same but with an additional Z axis, allowing you to work with up to 8 voices instead of just 4.

but isn’t “vector synthesis” more about making a 2D array of wavetables that sound good when you go thought them x and y? I would think the cross-fade is the least of it.
Could be, I don’t know. I was just responding to @The_Urban_Hermit’s response, and more importantly, his use of the Nysthi Vector Mixer. Cross Fade 3D takes away the 2D mouse vector control, but adds the Z axis CV control. I actually played with the Nysthi Vector Mixer a bit in preparation of creating Cross Fade 3D.
