Pics Of Your Studio

fantastic synth the sh-7 (1978) much more powerful of the system 100 model 101 (1976) in the picture!

sys 100 was the preferred machine for heaven 17, human league (being boiled), throbbing gristle

I’m repairing this one: the filter is currently dead :frowning:

sh-7 had a lot of features, but it didn’t sound that great. ppl say the sh-5 sounded better. I got mine used in like 1979 for $400. Sold it not working in 2010 for $700. I put a ton of patch points into it so I could patch extra modules into it. Used that setup a ton!

Haven’t used it all the much in 2024 since I started coding modules, but recently got back into it.

If anyone likes the case design I can share the blueprints for it. It’s my own design, hand made out of cherry wood.

don’t know if this counts for a studio, not much to show outside the box, but it looks pretty cool to me  also, much easier on the wallet and less cable clutter…

Mine just looks like an old yellow couch, a MacBook Pro, :computer: a second-hand pair of Sony headphones, :headphones: and an end table with a table lamp and heating pad for a coffee mug. :coffee:

There’s also an Alesis Q-Mini keyboard :musical_keyboard::musical_keyboard::musical_keyboard: around here … somewhere.

Hey, it gives me instant inspiration. The buttons are angular and ugly, I replaced them. The sound is massive, i wish i could affort the original…

After some years, I finally managed to set up some sort of studio. LOL! I know it’s not a real studio but so far it suits me fine. “Parva sed apta mihi” someone would say. Who knows what future will bring here? Only a year ago I would never have even thought of having such equipment, in terms of hardware and software (I start to count the plugins I have bought… ) so I don’t want to put limits on what could happen!

Have a great weekend, y’all rackheads!

Wow.

My little LeafAudio soundbox is peeking out at these spectacular creations from behind a cushion in awe.

Truly amazing work and a great artistic space.

A soundbox can sound just as big! The transport of the big one gives some troubles as well haha
