Variations; The Putney (MkI), The MkII
The MkII was only slightly different from the Putney, but the pin matrix is different so caution is required when following a published patch.
There are pages in the Putney User Manual which show different voices in a filled-in Patch Sheet. I haven’t been able to find a User Manual for the MkII - differences are mainly in the Pin Matrix so maybe they didn’t think it was necessary.
For completeness sake, I have done Patch Sheets for both the Putney and the MkII.
The pin matrix uses different coloured pins. Each pin varies in tolerance, indicated by different colours: red pins have 1% tolerance, white have 5%, and green pins are attenuating pins.

Korg Trident MkII
The original instrument has a joystick for modulation of Vibrato and Pitch Bend but this is for performance, so no need for it on a patch sheet.
As with most of these instruments, there is a fairly accurate VST but the control layout is slightly different.

I caught @Omri_Cohen ’s video rebuilding the PWM Malevolent and I had started to recreate the Patch Sheet when I found the original one the PWM website. This is a good quality PDF so I will post it here. The website also has a few example patches to try out.

The Elektrokosmos Kosmonaut is a boutique synth produced in small numbers, initially without labels on the controls. They produced an overlay with labels and there is a copy on their Facebook page but the website is down.
I’ve recreated the overlay because the version available is a jpeg of uncertain resolution. Also it was an easy one to do. This graphic could be used as a patch sheet or scaled up (I have no idea of the actual size) if you need an overlay.
I imagine that this could be recreated in VCV Rack quite easily.

Moog Model 15 Patch Sheet.pdf (1.0 MB)
There are patch Diagrams in the User Manual for the original Moog System 15 but they are not very well done and are missing some elements. This is based on the VST/AU App and includes the bottom section which is not part of the original.
