Airpods Pro With VCV Rack? Can't choose them as output.

I just got some Airpods Pro but I can’t get VCV to output to them. When I’m wearing them they do appear in the output options menu in the VCV Audio Output module but when I choose them the setting is ignored and it goes back to “No Input”. Does anyone know what the problem is?
