AdiQ patches/music

Sounds great ! I like the drums and birds

(this should totally be a new genre, Drum & Birds, or a band name ! )

Thanks Lars!

Not really any EQ, but I just used the same old formula I have used in the past on the master stereo track (roll off <30Hz, Ableton’s Glue Compressor @ 30%/70% wet/dry, and then turned gain up using a basic limiter). The only thing I can think of that I did differently is, that in VCV, I tend to never use send/returns, but this time I did, and maybe this helped glue the different parts together a bit more.

The wavefolder on the bass is Vult Debriatus

Just came back to say how much I miss your music in Rack, Adi.

Yeah! Some of the best music with VCV Rack - If you’re still here and are releasing music somewhere (maybe under different name and/or without VCV Rack), please post it!

Hello,

Could you please tell more about this patch?

“Then I have two very scarce trigger patterns run the clocks on the sequential switches” Are the patterns triggered from a gate sequencer?

“I do always add some clearly accentuated off-beat hats as well to anchor things a bit.”, in what capacity are they offbeat?

Here is how I did it.

I dont understand what I miss to understand and that is why the sequential switch, why not just a gate sequencer, I also dont understand In some scources why I need to have a constant voltage going in to the CV in of the switches…
