Nope, never seen it, not on mine (MacOS). Weird…

Definitely Ghost in the machine

Apparently this is caused by an Nvidia driver file, not exactly sure how it got there in the first place, but I guess some apps (or games) might modify this during setup or config.

This in on my Windows system, I don’t know if this manifests on other platforms.

If you ever have this issue, on VCV or any other application (Photoshop is common I believe) then you can resolve it by finding the file C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\Drs\nvdrssel.bin and deleting/renaming it.

It will be replaced when it needs to be, but hopefully without the YES/NO DC setting.
