I was thinking of this very record yesterday!

And Eddie Jobson! And John Wetton!

I can’t quite process how this is 45 years old.

New Model Army remind me of Midnight Oil, an Australian band.

Absolutely fantastic band, still going strong! Some of the best live shows I’ve ever been to.

Listening to this beautiful album: Aleksi Myllykoski - St. Virus

Also cool, but I can date this  It must be older than 31 years.

a bunch of new records came out today. just got the new Cate Le Bon, Mitkski, Black Country, New Road. also discovered that there is a “new” All The Witches record from … 2020. Lots to listen to when I wash the dishes tonight.

I’m digging the new Mitski over here! Haven’t heard the BCNR album but I’ve liked the few songs I’d heard.

And I’d never heard of Cate Le Bon and All Them Witches but will check them out! Thanks!

cool. yeah, it’s kind weird that the main BCNR just quit the day before they released the second record… I liked his lyrics: “I’m more than adequate. Leave Kanye out of it!”

Of course we know who they are! Tall lawyer singer. Beds are burning, blue sky mining…

well nothing at all really, except for my own tracks over and over.

the colors of last fall have been much richer to me, listening to “spells” from ben lukas boysen. “nocturne 4” sure is eye-opening, but the whole album is really worth it.

Best band I have ever seen live. Unbelievable energy. Still my favourite band, liked them since I was a little kid asking my dad to play them on vinyl every weekend.
