What are you listening to?

I like the bluesy guitar playing of Justin Johnson. There are a lot of videos on the tube.

damn, these guys really look like they would strangle someone

EL-P is my favourite producer, his latest solo album “Cancer for Cure,” Killer Mikes lates album “RAP music” and all the Run the Jewels stuff (with Killer Mike, who is a really great rapper). To introduce to you how great he is these two links should suffice for now:

Sonically it’s less pleasing but visually it is a masterpiece. Certain shots could also serve as VCV module panel designs. What do you think, @clone45 ?

@FiroLFO I’m going to have to watch that after work today. It looks amazing!

I listen to a good friend of mine on Bandcamp “The Soviet Space Dog Project”. He’s been producing Berlin School electronic music for 40+ years. I’m a relative newbie despite my good friend introducing me to the classic albums from the mid-70s when we studied together in the early 80s. Anyway I’ve produced a number of albums on Bandcamp under the banner “American Astro Monkey Project”. The latest one Spiral Space 2 features a sequencer section which is all VCV Rack produced. I surprised myself with how this part turned out. I added some polish with the addition of the classic mellotron choir.

Mind Blown! What a beauty :heart_eyes_cat:

Could something like this could be possible in VCV Rack… Any thoughts? Peace, and good evening!

A slice of dreamy disco dripping with analogue synths!
