VCV Pro + VCV host + DAW automation

Hi,

I’ve recently purchased vcv rack pro and vcv host

I have loaded vcv rack into my DAW with vcv host as a module but when I try and record automation from the host module it does not record in my DAW

Is there anything I need to do to be able to record automation directly from a host module instrument in my DAW?

I should add that I am using audiogridder which is similar to VEpro to run my VSTs

Hard to tell without seeing the patch / knowing which DAW you use.

Maybe you need to use a CV>Midi or MidiCC module inside the VCV Rack Plug-in.

I think I will stop using audiogridder for now as it seems to work without it but will give your suggestions a try
