Tuned Delay with VOCt input for resynthesis

I recently read about comb filters, and have been playing around with delays for harmonic content.

Is there a delay that takes VOCt signals and delays the corresponding note value. Say for A440 sets the delay to 1/440 or 2.27272727 milliseconds?

Extra points for absence the ability to disable any funkiness like feedback or filtering.
