Trying to manually add a VCV module in Windows11 but...

I have the new .vcvplugin file for a module created by Black Noise Audio (Omri just did a review). Not sure how to get this into VCV on a Windows 11 system. Looking at the existing plugins, they all seem to reside in \AppData\Local\Rack2 but they end in .json rather than .vcvplugin. I know I’ve done this successfully in the past, but I can’t remember what to do. How do I get a .vcvplugin file to load in VCV?
