Syncing the 182 sequencer with VCV Rack?

I’ve been scratching my head on how to get a Behringer 182 sequencer module to sync with VCV and ideally the DAW that’s hosting it. I’ve got Expert Sleepers ES-3 and 6 modules so can go in and out, but I’ve tried to send Clock through to the 182’s Trigger and Tempo CV in ports from both the MIDI>CV and CLOCKED modules, but don’t seem to be able to find a way to get the 182 synced, stable and reacting to changes in the host DAW tempo when playing.

Any ideas what module(s) might work?

you need to set the 182 to STEP mode and trig to advance (IIRC)

Ha, oh man that was staring me in the face, I hadn’t touched that control since I set the module up a month ago. Cheers for that!
