Hi, I’m playing a patch with some techno stuff and playing some techno stuff with kaossilator pro. How can I sync them?

I control the patch with an MPD26

Hello, in VCV select MIDI>CV module select your midi interface (enable midi sync out on your KaossPad ) use the CLK out to sync your patch, also you can use CLK/N output and select proper division from the context menu. if you need to sync the other way: select in VCV CV>MIDI module and send sync out of the computer

So, I connect the MPD26 to Kaossilator pro with midi cable? … and after I send a clock from computer with CV>MIDI module?

Wait, sorry again I’m dumb…

I installed the Korg USB-MIDI driver, but doesn’t work. Before the driver installation in the CV > MIDI module appear “kaossilator pro 0”… and now it isn’t. How it’s possible?

I never used other Korg controller or synth…

So if I buy this midiface with the usb-midi cable VCV can read my kaossilator pro?

@Jens.Peter.Nielsen Sorry man i’m lost. I have the cable now but I don’t understand the chain you show me. MIDI CV for the input? I guess MIDI CV was for the CLOCK of the machine.

What I’m doing is take the clock from the machine and linked to the CLOCKED module input named BPM.

How to use CV MIDI and CV MIDI CC ??

please, wait… I’m more confused then before.

@ToYaGa told me to take the MIDI CV for take the clock of Kaossilator Pro. So, the first thing I did was take the clock from kaossilator and link with the BPM input of CLOCKED module.

Now, what you are telling me is take the clock from CLOCKED module and send it to the midi clock in in the CV MIDI and after use the sequencer for trigger the touchpad and I’m doing this thank you. I put only one step in the step sequencer and the touchpad play the pattern but is still out of bpm…

But what I want is simply play togheter at sync time… _

Sorry about the confusion, I don’t have the kaossilator, I will go back and delete my confusing posts, as soon as the forum software allows it.
