It’s renamed to rack::app::SvgSlider in V1 (and has the associated API changes and deprecations).

ToggleSwitch seems to be gone, too…

Yes toggle and momentary mixin classes are gone. With toggle you can just delete it. With momentary delete it and add momentary=true in your subclass constructor
