Been having a lot of fun with Skylights’ Turing Machine (and related modules). Somehow having different parts, that are all in a single module with the Music Machine Turing Machine, allows for more flexible and creative patching.
this patch fits easily in 2 row/one screen, and has a more or less regular structure – each voice is triggered by either the gate output of ALAN (the first voice) or by trigger outs on the Pulses expander.
Since the output voltage of ALAN changes once per clock I use S&H to capture the pitch voltage when a voice triggers. Otherwise you get that ‘wiggly’ pitch effect, which has its uses.
