Registration Problem (machine id doesnt show up)

I am having problems registering my key license , the online method don’t work anymore so I have to register offline, but the “Machine ID” is not showing up on the error message I get (see screenshot) it’s like empty… here log & screenshot

Someone know what to do ?

On Windows

Go to the Start menu, then in the search box type “cmd” and hit Enter.
In the cmd window, type “ipconfig /all”.
Find the line that reads “Physical Address”. This is your Machine ID.

I tried but didnt work ipconfig codes are 12 characters long, vcv requires a 10 characters id to generate a license

If the problem is that you need your machine id, try and look in the first 15-20 lines of the …/Documents/Rack2/log.txt file and see if you find a line looking like:

network.cpp:204 requestDownload] Requesting download https://api.vcvrack.com/licenses/Rack2Pro.vcvkey?version=2&machineId=YourMachineID

If you do then you have your 10-digit machine id right there at the end of the URL. But yeah, otherwise contact support.
