I am aware that the summation of voices is needed for routing poly into mono effects In the example shown I have summed the polyphonic voices straight to the output , but it seems that the output module can also handle poly voices directly ( there is no audible difference ) I come from a reaktor background and there the poly modules are always combined in a poly voice combiner . S0 my question is , should the voices be summed to the output or not ( when not using effects ) ?
