Possible to use mouse wheel for CV?

hello, i want to use my mouse wheel during play to change cv? is this possible with VCV with or without a plugin?

Thanks for any ideas?

Or select Scroll wheel knob control from the View menu & generate / modulate CV with whatever module(s).

hmmh, i do not understand how this works. there is a menu entry, but if i move my mouse wheel, the rack moves??? could you pls describe, what i have to do?

Hover over the control you want to change, then use the wheel.
