will i be able to use vcv rack pro on my orange pi 5 pro? its arm64 ubuntu

Linux ARM is not supported, so no.

But best would be to ask support@vcvrack.com if they will add this architecture in the future.

how about windows arm on the same or raspberry pi 5?

Same answer. Only macOS on ARM is supported. No law against that changing in the future of course.
