I trust the admins will park this post in the appropriate spot; none of them seems suitable. Here’s the question:

Today I resubscribed to Omri Cohen’s Patreon. I received an email from Patreon confirming this; I can provide a screenshot of that email if needed. But Patreon still won’t let me download or view any of the restricted content. I could find no link on his Patreon page to send him a message about this, so here I am. How do I get this rectified? Can anybody help? Thanks!

I would think that the Patreon Help Center would be helpful more quickly; I suspect that every part of the problem is in their domain.
