Hey Pals, I recently started a video series called PatchWerk with Miles where I cover various patching ideas and fun ways to use VCV, along with descriptions and demonstrations of my favourite modules.
Early days but the series will continue: one video a week. I hope you enjoy and get something out of it!
I’ve made another video in my ongoing series, PatchWerk with Miles. This time I take a look at the Prok collection of modules as they are some of my favourites and definitely my favourite drum modules.
I’ve been running a YouTube series for a few months now called “PatchWerk with Miles” (thats me) where I run through various patches that I’ve created, sometimes focusing on specific modules, other times discussing patching ideas. Its a pretty casual series but I have fun patching and like to share what I do. I will be doing some Twitch streaming in the future but for now I’m just doing the video series.
Thank you for the tutorials, well done, keep it up!
One minor thing, not a big deal, just wondering: I think on one hand it is important to be able to see the cables between modules. On the other hand, they sometimes are quite bright in your videos and can make it difficult to see the modules underneath. I suppose it is not so easy to find the right balance between the two.
Every Thursday (Melbourne, Australia time) I release a new episode of this video series, several episodes have been uploaded since I last posted here.
This week I take a look at DRUM SYNTHESIS, a topic that I find super interesting. I take a look at the basics and walkthrough several examples using different techniques.
