New Laptop-Windows 11 won't install Rack

Hello there, my old laptop has pegged it. So I bought a new one with Windows 11 and guess what it won’t install because it is not a Microsoft Store app. Anyone any solutions to this wonderful situation? Much Appreciated. Where do I go here to change the settings, is this the right ones to change?

Huzzah I have managed to upload it, I had to go into the Microsoft Store and turn it off.
