Multitrack recording Rack 2 VST in Ableton

Hello again. So I grabbed a trial of Ableton 11 as my goto DAW Logic is out of the running for now.

So in Rack 1 I used the Nysthi Polyrec to multitrack record. How do I achieve a similar result in Ableton? Im not clear how to route the audio channels out of Rack to the Daw.
