looking for polyphonic switch

I’m looking for a polyphonic switch module that can basically choose between polyphonic inputs based on a control voltage. Just to demonstrate it visually:

(note: unfortunately the great BASICally module can’t handle polyphonic inputs)

Any module suggestion is appreciated!

I like Toly Pools v2 (computerscare). Set the number of output channels to 1 and use the Rotation knob/port to select the desired input channel. Output will be monophonic.

Oraculus (Sanguine Monsters) is another 16 to 1 polyphonic to monophonic switch and has similar (and more) functions.

If you want to keep the output polyphonic and control multiple channels, Polyphonic Selector (Sparkette’s Stuff) might be worth a look. See:
