Looking for a module that will sequence...

I’ve got a single poly signal carrying a bunch of “pitches”. I would like to sequence these one after the other. Is there a (simple) module that does that?

Here’s an example of a bunch of knobs generating a poly cv. For that matter, is there a knob module with a poly output?

Would Bogaudio ADDR-SEQ do exactly what you want, without needing poly?

Well, I have a poly CV source, and it doesn’t look (to me) like there is a way to provide external CV for all the steps? I may be missing something. For sure if that had a poly input it would be just what I need…

Ahh gotcha, if you already have the poly CV source it wouldn’t work. I’ve used ML Modules Sequential Switch 8 to 1 for this. Or Count Modula Switch 8-1 / 16-1?

that could do it… tx.

Venom has you covered!

Set the Width to 1 and the Hold to 100%, and leave all other upper controls at defaults.

Use the built in LFO, or provide your own phasor

Don’t provide any input, and use the context menu to set the number of active poly channels. Additional menu options let you set the knob range, display unit, and quantization type.

I recommend semitone quantization with cents units to easily dial in musical intervals

stoermelder Affix for the knobs with poly output:

SIM Phi for sequencing:

ooh! very nice. Exactly what I’m looking for.

Or this one:

A 2nd up-doot to DocB P16s.

And this for knobs:

OK, now that someone mentioned it, how about something that instead of continuous voltage into a poly will do up to 16 chromatic pitches into one poly wire? And I think I’ve used one, but what’s a visualizer that shows all the channels of a poly as 12 tone pitches?

There is however a bug :slightly_frowning_face:
