I want a simple module that will “transpose” a CV by a certain number of semitones. I know it’s just adding and you can use a voltmeter or your ears, but I’d like something I could use, say, to transpose a fifth (7 semitones). So a UI that will express an offset in octaves and semis, for example.

I’ve always been surprised that such a module doesn’t appear to exist. Surely a couple of hours max for a seasoned VCV dev? It was on my list until I stopped VCV dev.

My intention was for all sockets, no controls, just CV in, relative intervals out. Maybe also a version with buttons to select intervals & poly output.

I used STACK in my Terry Riley inspired minimalist patches in 2020.

It does at that. And here I was using Bogaudio’s OFFSET, even though I had STACK tagged as a Favorite.
