When opening a patch from someone else (like from VCV Rack Archives | Patchstorage), you get a long list of all the module which don’t exist on you system. Is there a way to say « in case of, download them! »

No. If you plan on opening up other people’s patches, it’s probably best to download most/all the free plugins.
You can then favourite the ones you really like and use often and then use that list as a kind of sub-library within module browser to keep the mess hidden.
