how can i replace this to midi

i have sick melody ideas and i can play through my midi keyboard but i have this patch sounds good for the pad but no idea how to replace this red part (which is i manually change bass, 2nd, 3rd, 4th note one by one at the moment) into just simple midi keyboard.
