Hi, I’m here with another question … If I have a random chord, I can record that information with another quantizer, but I can’t use the CV information from that quantizer for another, for example, melody. Is there a quantizer that I don’t set the scale for in advance, but uses tones that are active from another source? Thanx

Venom Non-Octave Repeating Scale Intervallic Quantizer (NORSIQ) plus NORSIQ Chord To Scale
With the Octave Fold button enabled, that combination does the same as Coerce, using a ton more real estate.
But with the Octave Fold button disabled, the scale becomes non-octave repeating, which can be very interesting. I am not aware of any other quantizer out there capable of doing this.

That’s exactly what the PES protocol does, and there are several quantizers that support it. It is limited to 12 tone even tempered uses, thought. More info here
