This is kind of freaky.
I start a new patch including GLUE and Lights Off. If the very first label I place is over a glowing LED, then all labels glow in the dark when I turn the lights out! Once I have glowing labels, I can’t seem to get any normal ones.
Conversely, if the first label is not placed over an LED, then it does not glow, and neither do any of the subsequent labels. I am not able to force any of them to glow.
Now there are definitely some use cases for some glowing labels, but I wouldn’t want all the labels to glow. It would be a cool feature if you could select whether a given label will glow or not.
