In case anyone needs something like this, I created a MIDI port SVG today in inkscape. Free for all uses, commercial or otherwise.

The Rack component library also has a MIDI_DIN.svg, used by the MidiButton_MIDI_DIN MidiButton widget. It also has ADAT and USB-B svgs, used for AudiButton derivatives.
In the spirit of sharing, here are a couple of USB-A svgs I made but never used. Feel free to borrow them! Rack has no USB-A images/widgets.
