It’s been a while!
Here are two patches for the same purposed but with very different character. These are supposed to be performed with external instruments through the 4ms metamodule. But you can of course do it in vcv rack.
The first one is based on Phase-modulatuion (bogaudio FM-OP)
The second one with through zero FM (Befaco Pony VCO)
4 operators for each one
The algorythms are selected through the switches of the matrix mixer. All the needed buttons are mapped with midi CC109-CC120. I opted for pads from MINILAB3 (Arturia) in toggle mode.
I had to disable the antialiasing features of bogaudio and the ocersampling feature of PonyVCO, otherwise the patches overoad MM.
This could be a great preset challenge…
