Essentially yeah. Mine works by comparing a slewed version of the input signal against itself.

slew is pretty close to a low pass filter, so… Was in the Chamerlin book in the 80’s. Dual slope detector - comparaters, lpf…

exactly the module i thought of when i read the question too! might be ore but thanks to omri’s vids i use this more than anything. i always like reading suggestions for new stuff to try out also.im super new to this universe yet…
