CV scope on mouseover and wire animation disappeared?

when i use the rack 2.4.1 pro.i when you move mouse over a output port (any thing have cv output). it will shows a a littile scope windows on the left top in the screen,.and the wire will do the same shape and speed of animations.

in the 2.5.1 pro .it disappeared. how can i open it again?

That is the Biset “Blank” module… add one.
