IMHO for people that is not related to the modular workflow the concept of the mixer controlled by voltage is more familiar.
ADSR and filters are common in many Vsts but not the VCA.
however the e default or sample patch, t’s a good idea, but I would add a couple of examples to show various modular concepts like (like sequencers , sample and hold etc)
