Can you get there with arrow keys?
No because arrows scroll the rack screen.
At least on Windows 10, only the mouse-wheel (or some similar gesture on a mousepad on a laptop) does the scrolling in the list of brand names (and in all other lists inside the module-browser).

Maybe buy a cheep mouse (with a scroll wheel) ?
Sure, I’ve got one and will pull it out. It’s just annoying because everything else works fine on the laptop except these two menus.

I know it’s a workaround but for Opulus you could use Preset from docB (it has a scrollbar)
Or divide the presets in smaller(sub) parts 01 part 02 part… also seen in the screen grab.

Thanks bro that is really cool. I love all these little utilities in VCV, but usually I can never think of the one I need when I actually need it.

And a workaround for the module browser is MB from stoermelder if you add it to any patch and choose V1:

And you can put the mouse away

This has been a pet peeve of mine for a while now 
… I have the touchpad permanently disabled on all my laptops, it only gets in the way.
