Hi, I have installed the last version of vcv Rack in my Mac laptop several times, and i still not see the bridge anywhere, i would love to connect it with ableton…does any of you know what happens?

Bridge is deprecated, but you can use the version of Bridge that comes with 0.6.2c with Rack 1.x.

Bridge still. It should keep working until the VST version of Rack is released. There are other ways too with midi, audio, cv and osc routing but Bridge remains the simplest and easiest solution.
