Hey y’all. I changed most things about the Clock in my collection and finished the remastered StochKit GenEcho.

I recieved a report that the new clock crashes for them when synced to Impromptus Clocked. Now this was a nightly release sent by E-Mail - and I couldn’t find or reproduce the problem (Windows). So could some people plug a CLKD/CLOCKED into it and try? CV and PPQN options are in the right click menu.

Can some people try the GenEcho that I recovered from the betas? I removed access to most of the mathematical functions since they were already shifty and unreliable 7 years ago and I really couldn’t make sense of the code. How does the Loop work? I don’t know! So I just built above it to access the characteristics I liked and built incredibly weird fixes in order to glue features onto it. Long story short: It works great for me now.. but the code is so criminal and esoteric.. I just wonder if it works on other systems.
Its worth checking it out.. It got json now, stereo, clicks are mostly gone, gain + wet/dry help with balancing input and mixing loops with the source so it can add subtle layers of rhythm, glitch and distortion with the option to escalate a bit when you want it to. I tried to make it a tool for performance - and even sounds great when just feeding clock divisions into its inputs. I’m hopeful that it works for you guys (else this is trouble I can’t shoot :D)
Kudos!
see how I can’’t crash the clock?
