Bog lfo, what does the output sampling knob do exactly? i’m getting good use from it, but i dont really understand what its doing!
If Peters pictures aren’t helpful. When you turn the knob up it is doing a sample and hold on the output wave. The higher the knob the longer it waits between each sample and hold trigger.

Is there any eurorack module on the market that works the same way as the bog lfo
I have no idea, it’s not something I’m interested in 
Perhaps spell out the features that most interest you and ask over at the hardware forums, such as Modular Grid or ModWiggler?
