I’m using a UMC404HD myself,
I’m on windows10 and have no problems,
but I don’t use the ASIO driver from Behringer,
it is poorly programmed.
I use DirectSound and I can’t go below 256 blocksize.
But with my settings it works pretty decent.
I would suggest you try some other driver not the ASIO first and see what happens.
