Comment about the attenuverter PR: could that have not been added as a context menu option? E.g. Normalise Ch.2 input to Ch.1 input
Personally it doesn’t affect me, I do agree with your comment as to why you didn’t merge it as it is now.
If Hemmer is all right with that, I could update the PR with that functionality.
I did think about that but the issue is (and there’s a thread here) - you’d want such an option to default to true (so new patches have this set), but because Dual Attenuverter doesn’t save any other custom settings to JSON, you can’t initially distinguish new instances of it (where you want it true) from loaded past instances (where you want it false for backwards compatibility), so you have the same issue.
I’d default it to false, considering the compatibility considerations; but yeah, I can see what you mean.
Thanks for the thread, though, I’m going to record a version number for my own modules: always useful to have.
When I remember I always make a hidden parameter to hold the schema.
