In the last 2 days I’ve seen an increased number of NULL icons

It is not only you. I was assuming that it happened with icons that were undefined. I had not bothered to upload an icon so it gave me this green “D”. Uploading my own png fixed the problem for my icon.

AH, ok, maybe it is the DEFAULT AVATAR generator with COLOR CODE and LETTER that is broken/down @Vortico
