A while back, I made a polyphonic pad based on a patch that had one rather nifty tone. The main issue is needing an instance of Resonator/Rings for each voice. I’m just wondering if there have been any efforts at making Rings polyphonic.

I don’t know but this looks very interesting. What Resonator model/s are you using? Also, I could be wrong, or it might not work here, but can’t Rings be used polyphonically, with 1, 2 or 4 polyphony voices?
the “polyphonic” option of rings is not exactly polyphony, in the sense that you can’t play multiple notes at the exact same time via vcv polyphony, but multiple notes can be ringing out at the same time, just as in the original mutable module.
